I hold a Clinical Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy making me a UKCP accredited Integrative Psychotherapist.
I have over 20 years' experience working within a variety of healthcare, mental health and social care settings. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients in both short-term and long-term therapy, supporting people experiencing a wide range of emotional, psychological and relational difficulties.:
Alongside this, I have worked with people from a wide range of cultural, social and economic backgrounds who have sought support for a variety of issues, including:
This breadth of experience allows me to work sensitively with the diverse experiences and challenges that people bring to therapy, whilst also recognising the uniqueness of each person's story. As an integrative psychotherapist, I am particularly interested in how our early experiences, relationships, culture and social environment have influenced or impacted our sense of identity, our cultural background or neurodivergence. I work with clients experiencing identity conflict, cultural dilemmas, low self-worth, life transitions and other experiences that can leave them feeling disconnected with themselves. My aim is to support you to integrate these experiences into a more authentic, stable and compassionate sense of self. I also offer 6 session exploratory packages focused on Identity, Culture and Neurodivergence. Please enquire for further details.
