I understand that finding the right therapist can feel challenging. If you feel that I may be able to help you, I invite you to arrange an initial session, either online or in-person, subject to availability.

If we decide to make an agreement for further sessions after the initial session, we will discuss fees, holidays, cancellations and absences as well as answer any other questions you might have.

There is no limit to the number of sessions you can have. You can have as few or many as you wish. Some people prefer to keep their session’s time limited in which they may have 6-8 focused sessions related to a specific issue. Others prefer to have open-ended sessions where they will continue having therapy for as long as it remains beneficial and supportive; open-ended sessions can vary from lasting 6 months and up to 2 years or more. We can discuss this together at the beginning of our sessions.
